Yes. Tide Boost is safe to use in HE Machines. Please see usage instructions below:

Instructions for Duo Pac: 
Tide Boost Duo Pacs are formulated to quickly dissolve in water.  We recommend you handle with DRY HANDS only and reseal the bag after each use.

Add detergent to the dispenser of your HE washing machine.  Add a Tide Boost Duo Pac directly into the drum of your machine before adding clothes.

Instructions for Liquid:
Remove the orange measuring cap on top of the bottle. Add Tide Boost Liquid to your machine, along with your HE detergent, in the dispenser.  If your machine has a Pre-wash dispenser, add to your Pre-wash dispenser.

FOR PRETREATING
To use as a pretreater, pour Tide Boost Liquid directly onto the stain, rub gently, and wait for maximum 10 minutes before washing as instructed.  Do not let the product dry on fabric.

Add detergent in dispenser.  Add a Tide Boost Duo Pac into the machine, along with your detergent, while filling.  You do not need to wait until the Duo Pac is fully dissolved before adding clothes.

FOR HIGH EFFICIENCY MACHINES
Add detergent in dispenser.  Add a Tide Boost Duo Pac directly into the drum of your machine before adding clothes.

Instructions for Liquid:
Remove the orange measuring cap on top of the bottle.

FOR USE IN STANDARD MACHINES
Allow your machine to fill with water and then add Tide Boost Liquid to your machine, along with your detergent, before adding clothes.

FOR HIGH EFFICIENCY MACHINES
