I have been using Tide with Bleach for years and really love it. However, I was very dismayed to discover the new handle on the last box of detergent I purchased. The handle is very flimsy and located on top of the box and since I buy the large containers at Costco, I question whether it will support the weight. Also, once the box is opened, the handle is essentially useless and I have a very difficult time getting the box out of the cabinet without spelling product all over the laundry room. Please change the handle design so that it supports the whole box and not just the lid.

I hate this product, if you poor it directly on clothing, it will make big brown stains on them, that will not wash out.
I PURCHASED A 25 FL OZ OF TIDE 2XULTA 2 DAYS AGO. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THESE COULD BE MADE WITH A HANDLE. I HAVE ARHRITIS SOMETIME IN MY WRIST AND THE CONTAINERS SLIPS OUT OF MY HAND WHILE POURING THE DETERGENT INTO THE MACHINE. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I PURCHASED TIDE IN YEARS BECAUSE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD IT'S VERY SELDOM ON SALE. IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT BECAUSE IT CLEANS YOUR CLOTHES SO WELL.
Have you tried Tide Stain Release?

My son has Acid Reflux and is on a Rice Starch Enhanced Formula for it. That type of formula causes heavy stains in clothing after just a small amount getting on them. It took all the stains out of things, so now I don't have to be so picky about what he goes out in public in. My husband works at a pork plant on the cut floor, and it gets out pig blood and his sweat great too! Also removes the odor, because normally you can still smell a particular odor but not with the stain release added to our laundry!
My husband is tough on his work shirts. He wears a lot of dark colors (blue, red) and even though he tries to be careful when he eats, there are always a few stains. I have tried everything to get them out, but nothing worked. There were hundreds of dollars worth of shirts sitting there in the fix-it pile. Thanks to Tide liquid stain release, those shirts are back in commission. I am so happy. Without this new product, I would have had to buy new shirts-Thank you Tide for such a wonderful stain remover. I had to do only one load twice. The rest did work the first time.
Plain and simply put...It just doesn't live up to the hype. It didn't take out the stains from tomato base stains or washable kids paint! Even if this did work, I think it is way too pricey. Save your money.

Considering Tide Coldwater?
See what others are saying about washing in cold.
I also have been using Tide for over 30+yr, now that there is a cold water Tide, GREAT, do you think you can have it in original scent, like that one the best, hard to find, an excellent cleaning soap for coldwater, keep up the great coldwater soap
Dark blue detergent with dark blue measuring cap is not the best of choice. The dark blue on dark blue is awkward to measure even in good lighting. Packaging should be contrasting colors of detergent product and measuring cap. For the dark blue detergent, I suggest white cap for the product works better.
I absolutely love this product! I used it up until recently. I began breaking out and had to switch. But, I still recommend it to anyone that doesn't have a perfume allergy.
Are you toting Tide to Go?
Read what people are saying about America's #1 instant stain remover*
I bought the Tide to Go Pen not expecting much. I've tried Shout and Oxy-Clean and they all get out the easy stains and fail on the tough ones. My challenge was a white fabric shower curtain with three big stains--of permanent hair coloring. Washing, bleaching...nothing got the stains out. I tried the Tide Pen and lo and behold...the stain disappeared. Instantly. Gone. Just Like That. My only problem is, my daughter immediately took the pen and now I can't find it in my neighborhood supermarket. But I'll drive anywhere, anytime to get another one. This works better than other stain remover. I tried it on a pet stain on a pale green carpet and the results were instand and immediate.
I was sent one of these sticks by my mother, who lives in America. (I live in England) While wearing a white skirt, a waiter dropped fresh pomegranate seeds on me, staining my skirt. While he ran frantically to get his boss, I took out the stick and used it. By the time the manager came over, the stain was gone! I love this product, but cannot get it in England. Please start marketing it to Tesco's, Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury's and Waitrose, so that I don't have to lend mine out anymore. Thanks!
I spilled that gradual tan lotion on my bedspread (which is white with a bright green pattern) and THOUGHT i got it all out, but of course four days later i realized there was a dark brown spot right where i had spilled it!! It had gradually become darker over the last few days. At this point it was completely dry and I had no idea how i was going to get it out. I don't know if you have ever used a self tanner--but this stuff is extremely hard to get out of anything. Especially once it's dry, it is literally like dye. My bedspread is almost brand new and I did not want to lug it to the dry cleaners when I was pretty sure they wouldn't even be able to remove the stain. I decided I would try my handy tide pen, since i use it on practically everything else. After just ONE application, I came back ten minutes later and it was already faded. I did 2 more rounds of Tide Pen, letting it sit for ten minutes, and blotting it with a wet wash cloth and the stain came completely out. The white fabric is white again and the bright green is still bright green. Granted, this wasn't instantly like it usually is when I spill something and blot it with my favorite pen, but I am simply amazed that the stain came out! This pen has yet to fail me in any situation, on the go or at home.
