Yes. Tide Stain Release is safe to use in HE Machines. Please see usage instructions below:

Instructions for Duo Pac: 
Tide Stain Release in-wash booster Duo Pacs are formulated to quickly dissolve in water.  We recommend you handle with DRY HANDS only and reseal the bag after each use. 

Add detergent to the dispenser of your HE washing machine.  Add a Tide Stain Release Duo Pac directly into the drum of your machine before adding clothes.

Instructions for Liquid:
Remove the orange measuring cap on top of the bottle. Add Tide Stain Release liquid to your machine, along with your HE detergent, in the dispenser.  If your machine has a Pre-wash dispenser, add to your Pre-wash dispenser.

FOR PRETREATING
To use as a pretreater, pour Tide Stain Release liquid directly onto the stain, rub gently, and wait for maximum 10 minutes before washing as instructed.  Do not let the product dry on fabric.

Instructions for Powder:
Remove the plastic covering to access the measuring cap.  Remove the measuring cap from the container and use the pull tab to open the pour spout.  Add Tide Stain Release powder to your machine dispenser, along with your HE powder detergent.  If the dispenser is too small, or if you are using liquid detergent, add to the empty drum before adding clothes.  If your machine has a Pre-wash dispenser, add to your Pre-wash dispenser.

Add detergent in dispenser.  Add a Tide Stain Release Duo Pac directly into the drum of your machine before adding clothes.
